Near both the sea (approx. 50 m away) and the center this attractive house provides a very well equipped summer residence for 10 to 12 people.Every floor is 100 sq m large and the house disposes with 1500 sq m large infield.The house disposes with its own heatable saltwater swimming pool (dimensions: 10 m x 5 m; 90 cm - 160 cm depth). The heatable swimming pool is equipped with a modern cleaning system which adjusts the pH-value to the pH of the human skin. Moreover the pool is equipped with air massage nozzles and night lights. Deck chairs are available for the guests.The house owners lives in a small outbuilding house on the same estate.
